Topic “Paint Brushes”  

Why are there so many different kinds of brushes?

What are brushes made from?

Project; Scenery painting.

If you would like to paint with me, here are the materials we’ll be using.

1. Watercolor paints
2. Watercolor paper (140lb. cold press.)
3. Brushes, flat large 1-2″, Lrg. round #7-10, sm round #1/2-3. (Other brushes I will be using are; fan, filbert grainer, riger, sword, and mop brush.)
4. artist tape 
5. Board to tape your paper to.
6. Water  in container, to rinse your brushes in.
7.  A container (plate or small bowl..) to mix up a couple different colors for washes that will be used for the scenery.
